Kundalini Experience
Join Chloe and Chris in this 4 day retreat with daily Kundalini Yoga immersions including daily kundalini yoga teachings, kriya & meditations. These sessions will be done with the purpose of enhancing our awareness and create a shift in our energetic system to come back renovated and inspired.
Connecting with Nature
The natural wonders of Costa Rica will serve our senses. We will hike the Volcano area close to our hotel, spend a full day at the best thermal waters spa in Costa Rica and hike hanging bridges through the rainforest. All of these experiences will draw you to connect deep to yourself and get clear on your goals.
Luxury Glampling
Wake up to the raw jungle experience but with fine luxury and comfort. Our lodging is private and intimate with limited space available so we can be deep in a quiet and reflective environment. This will create an exclusive group environment where we can feel safe and secluded to reflect and connect.
Day 1: Thursday May 23
Early evening arrival to San Jose Airport in Costa Rica to be met by Chloe & Chris at the airport. Together we will transport 2.5 hours to our destination to the heart of the jungle with the power of a magical Volcano.
Day 2: Friday May 24
Session 1: Reality Check
Where I am in my life? What am I dealing with? Embrace your Will and Inner Power.
Wake up to the fresh jungle air for a powerful practice of Kundalini Yoga to activate your energy. Breakfast at our hotel and journey to the foot of this magical volcano, trekking this sacred soil. Lunch & afternoon visiting the unique hanging bridges of the Costa Rican Jungle.
Day 3: Saturday May 25
Session 2: Inner Wisdom
Who I am? What is my soul craving? Become aware of your dormant potential.
Morning Kundalini Practice and breakfast at our hotel. Today we will spend the full day at the incredible nature spa consisting of natural thermal waters to cleanse and rejuvenate your entire system. Option to add in a spa treatment at additional cost. Return rejuvenated to rest at the hotel.
Day 4: Sunday May 26
Session 3: Blooming
Expansion Time. Discover & project your purpose while connecting with your intuition and inspiration.
Morning Kundalini Practice and breakfast at our hotel. Earn your adventure craving by trekking through a national park to find the gorgeous river with crystal blue waters. Enjoy a delicious dinner in town and rest overnight at our hotel.
Day 5: Monday May 27
Wake up for one final morning of Kundalini magic from this natural paradise. Easy morning to relax and enjoy the view from our hotel as you process and integrate to prepare to journey home keeping all this magic inside as you return. We will journey back 2.5 hours to the airport together and fly home.
